Crossing Person

Finally we have a crossing person.

We hope that this will significantly improve crossing Tay Road at school times.

This is something the Parish Council requested quite some time ago (September 2022). County Council came and assessed the site and it passed therefore the position was added to their recruitment portal (February 2023) - it is taken until now to fill the role. In the Parish Council News Letter from May 2024 the Parish Council encouraged people to apply.

The location of the crossing person is as specified by County Council, they did a survey and decided that there was the best/safest location.
